We are constantly monitoring daily updates and following regulations set forth by the Canadian Government, Ministry of Health, and Centre for Disease Control.
We are communicating all updates with our entire team. Our on-site signage aims to be clear and straightforward to ensure both guests and staff support these measures.
We are maintaining social distancing to the best of our ability. We have reduced our capacity, increased spacing between tables, installed plexiglass, and mandatory masks where social distancing cannot be maintained.
We are working with our entire team to ensure all proper hygiene practices are used.
We have introduced increased cleaning protocols with Health Canada approved cleaners at all our spaces. Cleaning will be frequent and thorough.
You’ll also find hand sanitizer stations at all entrances, public spaces, and washrooms.
We have improved and enhanced our cleaning protocols.
We have new protocols for guest and staff illness reporting and management to help ensure healthy people stay that way.
STAFF SAFETY :
Any team member exhibiting symptoms is asked to go home and stay at home.
All staff is strictly prohibited from working when feeling sick. Staff who are not feeling well will immediately be sent home.
Any staff member who is not feeling can call 811 for an assessment of symptoms and should always follow the instructions given.
Staff who are not feeling well will not be permitted to return to work without either a 14 day isolation period or until they have followed the instructions of a health care professional.
Mask, Gloves, Sanitizer, and other personal protective equipment will be available to staff.
All high touch areas will be wiped and sanitized on a regular basis.
Staff members that may have any questions, concerns, or recommendations are welcome to speak to their immediate supervisor or with the General Manager.
All staff members are required to work safely by following the recommendations and policies provided to them with this plan. Worksafe BC and other provincial and local authorities.
